South Downs Koi Club
The South Downs Koi Club is, as the title suggests, a
club for Koi and pond enthusiasts from areas in and
around the South Downs National Park. That said, we
have members as far afield as Hampshire and Berkshire,
so you don’t have to be from within this area to be a
member.
During the summer months we visit other Koi clubs in
the UK sharing experiences and knowledge. These are
great days out, and something not to be missed by the
whole family, the club currently has a membership of
35 families.
Our membership has a wealth of experience in building
their Koi ponds, and is more than willing to share their
trials and tribulations of their pond builds with other
members. Guidance can be obtained through planning,
building and of course where to buy the equipment.

If you are looking for a friendly, relaxed club to enjoy your
hobby then look no further than the South Downs Koi
Club. At our monthly meetings we have guest speakers,
raffles and a bit of a laugh as well as refreshments (cake
included!).
Other activities include: Member’s ponds open days; our
Annual Open Koi Show in June; a Koi and pond related
equipment auction (currently in April) and visits to Koi
dealerships and Koi Farms in the UK.
