The last pond to visit on Saturday was Willie Morland’s.
We all gathered around Willie’s formal raised pond while WHAT A GREAT
Willie netted each of his Koi and gave us details of each EVENING!
one, telling us why and when he had purchased them
and how they had developed over the time he had kept
them. A very interesting and informative way to
complete our Saturday pond visits, then back to get
changed ready for the evening event ‘The Scottish Koi
Club Show Presentation’, which was held at the local
pub. Here we all enjoyed a great evening meal with
good company, chatting about Koi and of course,
clapping and congratulating the winners.
