Adam Byer started as a hobbyist breeder 5 years ago,
and specialises in Kohaku. He won many show awards
with his koi in that time including 4 Baby Champion
awards and 1 Young Champion award.

Adam realised his dream in 2016 when he won the Baby
Champion at The All England Koi Show with his home
bred kohaku. After another successful All England Koi
Show this year, Adam is transitioning from hobbyist to
boutique breeder of Kohaku.

Now, Adam’s customers have started exhibiting ‘Adam
Byer Kohaku’ with some great success at UK Koi Shows
this year too. Adam ends the year with tosai Kohaku
growing on at his facility from 3 separate Kohaku brood
sets and Nisai from 2 brood sets. And after a bumper
